Hint: The heavily nested structure of Forecast objects makes it difficult to iterate through them and access the Report objects in a single loop. Write a helper function that consumes a list of Forecasts and returns a list of Reports by using the Map pattern appropriately, flattening the bigger structure. Then you are left with the simpler problem of iterating through a list of Report objects. There are many ways to approach this, but breaking up the problem with helper functions is most likely to help you keep things straight!
