I am taking part in the first evaluation of the course “Introduction to Programming” today. I hereby declare that I will fully comply with the provisions of the Education and Examination Regulations and, in particular, that when taking this evaluation I will not engage in any form of behavior that can be considered fraud. This includes communicating with, offering help to, requesting help from, and/or collaborating with fellow students or third parties, or any other act that may be qualified as an irregularity or fraud.

I understand that any form of fraud during the evaluation may subject me to sanctions as determined in Article 78 of the Education and Examination Regulations, ranging from adjustment of the achieved exam grade to exclusion for up to ten academic years.
