Hints

• The turtle starts at the bottom of a circle. For a ring with center (x, y) and radius 50, start at (x, y - 50).
• Use penup() and pendown() so you do not draw lines between the rings.
• Change the line width with pensize() and the line color with pencolor().
• You draw the same thing five times. Can you write a function that draws one ring?
