From the matrix Hospitals, calculate the following. Pay attention to how you deal with unknown values.

A named vector TotalHospitals with the total number of patients for every hospital as values and the hospital names as names.
A named vector TotalEthnic with the total number of patients for every ethnic group as values and the ethnic group as names.
A named matrix (!) FractionAsian with 1 column called “Asian”, containing the percentage of asian patients on the total number of patients for every hospital as values. The hospital names should be the row names. You can use the previous results you saved.
A named matrix called WhiteRatio with 3 columns containing the ratio of white to respectively black, Asian and Hispanic people as values (number of white patients divided by number of patients of the respective ethnic group). The row names are the hospital names, the column names are the names of the ethnic group for which the ratio is calculated.
