The Imperial Standard System is the English system of measurement, with the yard, pound and gallon as standard units for respectively length, mass and volume. At present, the United States are almost the only ones using these customary units), whereas in the 20th century, they were also used in the United Kingdom and its colonies.

As a unit for measuring length the yard can be divided further into foot and inch with the following proportions:

12 inch = 1 foot,
3 foot = 1 yard.

For conversion from the imperial system to the metric system the following applies:

1 metre = 39.45 inch.

The assignment is to convert a measurement in metres to the corresponding distance in yards, feet and inches. The number of inches should be rounded of to the closest whole number. 1 metre is for example 1 yard, 0 foot and 3 inch.

Tip: Round off in Python using the built-in function round.
