HPC-UGent commands

Interaction with the HPC-UGent cluster system is done through a set of specific commands.

Commands

Fill in valid commands in the submission window below for the following tasks:

1. Switch to the skitty cluster, so that submitted jobs will be executed on this cluster.
2. Submit the script myscript.sh for execution on the active cluster.
3. Watch the current status of all your queued, running and recently completed jobs.
4. Watch the status of a specific job with id 62112621.
5. Cancel running job with id 62112621.
6. Check which versions of the Nextflow module are available on the HPC system.
7. Check the current load of the active cluster.

Evaluation

The submitted commands are not automatically evaluated on Dodona, as they require specific interaction with the UGent HPC system. Be sure to test your commands carefully on the cluster. Feedback on the submission will be provided after the deadline.
