Draw the flag of France in the center of the canvas. It is 240 units wide and 160 units high.

1. Divide the flag into three equal vertical stripes, each 80 units wide.
2. From left to right, color the stripes #002654 (dark blue), white, and #CE1126 (red).
3. Let the stripes touch without gaps. Add a thin black outline around the flag’s outer edge.
