The file genexpr.csv contains gene expression data for twelve genes in twenty individuals. Each of them underwent three treatments and also had a control measurement. Every measurement is done in five replicates.

The dataset contains the following (fifteen) variables:

 

• replicate: the number of the replicate
• id: the id of the patient
• treatment: the received treatment
• Gene1 to Gene12: the expression data for genes 1 until 12

 

Read the dataset in and call it genexpr (You can assume that the external file is located in the working directory).
